Returned orders
When Gold Star Collectibles ships you an order you are emailed with a tracking number. It’s the buyer's responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements to receive the set package. You can also contact us within 15 min to 24 hours as long as the item is still in our possession, we can delay the shipping for you. If the item is returned to sender, we will reach out to you and let you know that the item was returned to sender. It is up to the purchaser to then have us resend the package at buyers’ expense or have the transaction refunded minus shipping and any applicable merchant fees. [example PayPal merchant fees of 3.49%+.49 cent if the order was returned and the payment processor was PayPal. You would lose those set fees’]
PayPal Orders
If you have paid using PayPal and would like a refund on Pre-orders or Return Merchandise, please be aware of the PayPal transaction fee. PayPal doesn’t refund the credit card processing fee. When returning an item using PayPal there will be a restocking fee + PayPal processing fee. Only for orders using PayPal. When using PayPal please be advised: make sure your PayPal shipping address is up to date because when shipping we ship what PayPal has on file to be covered under PayPal’s seller’s protection aka Good and Services. Trying to change the shipping address when paying with PayPal is very difficult as PayPal must approve the change otherwise stated in their terms and conditions, I would have to refund the customer, you would then change the shipping address and reprocess the order. Which will incur PayPal transactions fees.
Pre-orders
Maybe canceled before the Pre-Order due date, Pre-Orders may be canceled after the Pre-Order due date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Booster Boxes
You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges on all returned items. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, we will be unable to accept your return.
Singles, Sleeves, and Misc items

If the return is due to an error by Gold Star Collectibles, we will take full responsibility for all shipping and replacement costs. Please contact us ASAP at sales@goldstarcollectibles.com we will make arrangements for the replacement package to be sent and for the mistaken product to be returned. If it is our mistake, you do have the right to a full refund.
